Committee members asked whether any detours or lane closures would be required for projects discussed that involve roadway work; staff said resurfacing generally does not close roads but individual construction related to utilities (for other items) may require temporary lane shifts or closures that would be communicated to affected neighborhoods in advance.
Committee approved the change order by voice vote.
