Committee staff listed the properties and addresses for which certificates were issued: 208 Melanchthon Avenue (Shea property) and 201 Morris Avenue (Ash Malzic property) in Lutherville; 16202 Corbett Village Lane (Beverly property) and 16223 Corbett Village Lane (Costas property) in Monkton; 3605 Fieldstone Road (Gutierrez Crekin property) in Randallstown; 9811 Van Buren Lane (Alms House And Pest House, a Baltimore County property) in Cockeysville; 207 West Seminary Avenue (Wheaton property) in Lutherville; 13822 York Road (Overbrook Farms LLC) in Sparks; and 508 Sudbrook Lane (Gladden property) in Pikesville.
The report was informational; no action by the Planning Board was required at the June 17 meeting.
