SAN FRANCISCO — The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure unanimously approved its consent agenda on June 17, adopting Resolution No. 16-2025. The items included approval of minutes for meetings on Feb. 4 and May 6, 2025, and authorization of a first amendment to a permit-to-enter agreement to allow municipal transit bus operators restroom access at the Hunters Point Shipyard Community Facilities Building, 451 Galvez Avenue.
There were no public speakers on the consent items and commissioners voted 5-0 to approve the package. Commissioners and staff noted the amendment avoids the need to build a new restroom facility at the site and may save the city funds.
The motion carried on a roll-call vote of five ayes and the commission moved on to regular agenda items.
