Staff told the board the property is zoned B‑4 (heavy business), which permits mobile vendors but prohibits on‑site storage of vendor equipment unless it is fully enclosed. Scott Reali, Development Services, told the board the applicant requested the temporary use to assemble a mobile food vendor lot and asked the ZBA to allow deviations from Articles 4 and 5 of the Pompano Beach zoning code.
