County leadership and EMS remarks Deputy Administrator Gerald Blanchard and EMS leadership praised the staff for “unwavering commitment” and cited investment in training and equipment. One speaker said, “We made the promise that we wouldn't let the county down, and we won't do that now.” Several council members commended EMS for professional performance and service consistency.
