City Clerk Ashley told the council three applications had been received and that none of the applicants were present at the meeting; the staff recommendation was to appoint the three candidates to the commission to complete four-year terms through June 30, 2029.
Council members opened nominations, nominated each candidate, and approved the nominations in a roll-call vote recorded as unanimous.
Staff indicated application materials were included in the agenda packet. The appointments will fill current vacancies on the Planning Commission.
