- Airport terminal public-address upgrade: Council approved an equipment and software upgrade to the terminal public-address and paging system after staff described failure risk tied to decade-old equipment; North Dakota Aeronautics Commission grant funding helped cover the cost. Vote: unanimous.
- Moss River enhanced flood protection Phase VE-1 (Velva bridge replacement): Council awarded the bid for the Velva bridge replacement as part of the Moss River enhanced flood protection work. Vote: unanimous.
- Ordinance on second reading (administrative follow-up to previously approved budget amendment): Approved on second reading unanimously.
- Safe Streets and Roads for All grant authorization: A motion to approve the Safe Streets and Roads for All grant authorization failed on a 3-3 vote (dissent from Aldermen Blessum, Fuller and Samuelson).
