The council unanimously approved two amendments to the city code concerning stormwater management — Ordinance 2025015, updating prohibitions on discharges, and Ordinance 2025016, amending stormwater management design criteria — and declared both emergencies. Both measures were suspended from the normal reading schedule and adopted following roll-call votes in which all seven councilmembers voted yes.
