JFAC approves Community Corrections enhancements including Pocatello reentry center annualization

Representative Manwaring moved the program maintenance/enhancement package as recorded in the motion to add $680,700 for the Pocatello annualization, $212,300 for inflation and $1,574,000 for replacement items, yielding an additional $116,200 from the general fund and $2,350,800 from dedicated funds for a total of $2,467,000. The motion was seconded by Senator Wintrow. A roll-call summary recorded 16 ayes, 3 nays and 1 absent/excused; the chair announced the motion will go forward with a do-pass recommendation.
