State Building Commission adopts consent agenda, approves minutes and receives staff reports

The Tennessee State Building Commission approved routine agenda items and received staff reports at its June meeting.
The commission approved the consent agenda (items 1–14) by unanimous roll call. The clerk announced the roll call: Lieutenant Governor McNally — Aye; Secretary Hargett — Aye; Commissioner Jim Bryson — Aye; Treasurer Lillard — Aye. The commission recorded the item as approved.
The commission then approved the minutes of the May 8, 2025 State Building Commission meeting by unanimous roll call.
The Office of the State Architect presented report items under the commission's bylaws and policies and procedures. The reports included 13 change orders, two acquisitions of land and fee, one revision of source of funding for an acquisition, a disposal easement, one designer additional service request submitted by Stream, and the quarterly report of the advisory board of the Metro National District Energy System (referenced per item 13 o 1 of the SBC Bylaws and Policies and Procedures). The commission received those reports with no discussion.
