Number 2, form a new NAC and ACC committee to draft new NAC bylaws and a new NACC meeting format. Number 3, hold NACC board elections following bylaw update...and number 4, neighborhood program coordinator, Marlene McCall, should facilitate all NAC meetings until after the board elections," Franklin said.
