- Pay‑for‑performance plan: The governing board approved the 2025–26 pay‑for‑performance plan with no changes to the current protocol; stipends remain $1,000 for non‑teachers prorated by FTE and the teacher portion was described as a $400/$400/$200 split tied to performance and work‑product goals. The vote was 5–0.
- Certified teacher evaluation handbook: The board approved a revised teacher evaluation handbook. The most significant change requires that all continuing‑status teachers be evaluated using the full 22‑component instrument each year (rather than on a rotating subset), and reduces duplicative summative requirements.
