- Item 6: Adopted Resolution 25-10 to authorize abandonment of a 100‑foot public right of way known as Jacoba Place in Naco. Motion carried; chair voted aye and motion passed unanimously. Engineering reported the applicant paid administrative and land-purchase fees and that abandonment will not deny legal access to current parcels.
- Item 7: Adopted Resolution 25-11 clarifying the county administrator's role and rescinding Resolution 03-15 (approved).

- Item 12: Approved an annual work plan for a cooperative services agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services for $61,736.41 for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026 to cover wildlife services (approved).
- Item 13: Approved an extension request for the assurance agreement for King's Ranch at Coronado Subdivision, extending the assurance through Feb. 14, 2030; staff recommended approval (approved).
- Item 14: Approved Lease Agreement Renewal #9 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for space at Bisbee Douglas International Airport at $1,500 per month, effective May 1, 2025–April 30, 2026 (approved).
- Item 15: (see separate article) Approved IGA GRA state-24-1242-O1-Y2 for child-care health consultations ($138,420).
- Item 16: Approved a delegation agreement EV24-0014 between the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and Cochise County Environmental Health Division for on-site wastewater/septic program delegation; staff said a loss of delegation could reduce county revenue by about $158,000 (approved).
- Item 17: Board discussion of state and federal legislative matters; no board action recorded.
All formal actions that were moved and seconded were approved by voice vote with the chair casting the concluding aye when votes were called.
