Planning Commission approves consent items, adopts minutes and continues Gateway Project to June 5

The San Francisco Planning Commission on May 22 approved several routine planning items by unanimous roll-call votes and continued multiple Gateway Project items to June 5 after a request from a supervisor's office.
Commissioners voted 5-0 to continue multiple items related to the San Francisco Gateway Project (case numbers including 20Fifteen-12409-ENV, PCAMAP, DVA, CWP and CUA for properties at 749 Tollan Street and 2000 McKinnon Avenue) to the June 5, 2025 meeting. A continuance was requested by the supervisor's office; Mark Gleason of Teamsters Joint Council 7 spoke in support of the continuance, saying it would give labor and the developer time to confer.
The commission also approved the consent calendar—including conditional use authorization items for 621 Sansom Street (case 2025-001115 CUA), 1533 Slope Boulevard (case 2024-004122 CUA), 534-536 Pacific Avenue (case 2025-002346 CUA) and 750 Gonzales Drive (case 2025-001334 CUA)—by a single roll-call vote (5-0). The commission likewise voted to adopt draft minutes for May 2025 by a unanimous vote.
All three motions passed 5 to 0. There were no separate public comment requests to pull any items from the consent calendar for fuller discussion.
