It recommended approving several pothole/vehicle claims at or up to the city’s $300 administrative cap: Mayada Cardoso Duarte ($300 approved of a $337.44 claim), Sabbath Sanchez ($300 approved), Elizabeth Cox ($222.97 approved of a $222.97 claim), Kenneth (auto claim) $114.64 approved, and Virginia (Sandian / Cindy) $300 approved. The council approved the committee’s recommendations by roll call (approvals recorded 9–0 where noted).
Licenses and consent agenda: The council’s consent agenda and hearings on license petitions were approved, including a granted petition allowing Aloha Restaurant Lounge to hold a brunch event at 904 Main Street with an estimated 60 attendees and ambient music; the Board of License Commissioners items were approved before the council reconvened and the council approved the consent agenda.
