Task force to report to CalRecycle after five‑year review finds shortfall in 15‑year disposal capacity

Staff said the change order that extended an agreement (which staff referenced earlier) helped address capacity and provided additional time.
No formal regulatory action was taken at this meeting; staff said they will submit the report to CalRecycle and continue periodic review.
