Commissioner motioned to approve all consent items with their associated conditions and the May meeting minutes. The full commission vote was recorded as: Miss Gallo — yes; Mister Greenberg — yes; Mister Leedecker — yes; Mister Shelton — yes; Miss Thomas — yes; Mister Salibi — yes. The motion passed, and the items will proceed under the conditions noted in staff reports.
The consent agenda vote clears multiple minor projects without individual public hearings; any item removed from consent would return to the regular agenda for discussion.
