- Community Services: Approved a $150,000 grant agreement with Brothers of Valor Inc. (Valor Mentoring) to develop a public-access, substance-free coffee shop and youth mentoring space at 2421 Lancaster Drive NE, Salem. Motion passed.
- Public Works: Approved the master agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation enabling Marion County to exchange federal surface transportation block grant funds for state funds through 09/30/2029 (90¢ on the dollar exchange rate). Motion passed.
- Emergency Management: Adopted the Marion County Emergency Operations Plan 2025–2030 to maintain eligibility for federal grant funding and update hazard-response practices. Motion passed.
- Finance: Held a public hearing and approved the third supplemental budget for FY24–25 (increasing appropriations by $4.3M) and later adopted the FY25–26 budget, made appropriations and categorized and imposed taxes for fiscal year 2025–26. Motions passed.
