2) The authority acknowledged receipt of the cash summary dated June 6, 2025 and an accounts receivable report pertaining to the MBA. A motion and second were recorded and the acknowledgement passed by voice vote.
3) The authority approved the Municipal Building Authority open invoice register dated June 9, 2025 in the amount of $208,845.20. During discussion staff identified one invoice description error: a Westech Engineering line was described as a Manila Airport ILA project but should be allocated to the water treatment plant project; staff said they would correct the description. The motion to approve the invoice register passed by voice vote.
4) The authority approved the construction contract with Hadfield Construction for the new clinic project, allowing the contractor’s proposed redline changes to be incorporated and directing staff to place the contract for ratification on a subsequent agenda. The motion passed by voice vote.
Each of these actions was recorded during the June 10, 2025 meeting; the authority adjourned after completing its finance and project items.
