Muskego council approves minutes, vouchers, certified survey map, license renewals and DNR NR208 compliance resolution

The Muskego City Common Council on June 10 approved a set of consent and new-business items, including meeting minutes, vouchers, a certified survey map, license renewals for the coming licensing year and a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources NR208 compliance maintenance resolution for 2024.

The council approved the common council minutes from May 27, vouchers and Resolution 038-2025, a one-lot certified survey map for Tom Kajian, by voice vote after those items were separated from the remainder of the consent agenda. The council then considered Resolution 037-2025, approval of various license renewal applications for the City of Muskego for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; that resolution was approved "as amended." Council members did not read detailed license lists into the public record during the meeting; the license period and the amended approval were recorded in the agenda and motion language.

In new business the council approved Resolution 039-2025, a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources NR208 compliance maintenance resolution for 2024. Staff told the council this is an annual compliance resolution and summarized that municipal utilities are rated on a four-point scale and must be above a 3; Muskego’s utilities were reported as a 4.
