A commissioner moved to recommend approval “of conditional use permit 22Dash0029 as submitted by staff,” and the motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded as unanimous “yes.” The transcript shows the motion and subsequent roll call with all present commissioners voting in favor.
If approved by the Board of Supervisors following the commission’s recommendation, the CUP amendment would keep all original conditions of approval in force while extending the project term to 30 years.
