A subsequent special meeting for May 21, 2025 was approved on a motion by Commissioner Webb, seconded by Commissioner Bailey. The commission then approved the commission’s financial statements (motion by Commissioner Bailey, seconded by Commissioner Delight) and an amendment (Amendment No. 3) to the 2024–2025 administrative budget to align the budget with actuals through May 31 and expected June spending (motion by Commissioner Bailey, seconded by Commissioner Delight).
