Among the items approved by voice vote were the amended Patch & Wilkes Unit 1 Phase 2 subdivision, the Locust Hill Shopping Center redevelopment (PLN MJDP 25-12) with revised conditions, an industrial building addition at Enterprise Industrial West (MJDP 25-25), a Coleman Property hotel (MJDP 25-29), a zone-change request and site plan for a small commercial lot on Chestnut Street (PLN MJDP 25-28, “On the Block LLC”), an extension request for Greendale Hills Unit 3, and the Givens outparcel plan that includes a 7 Brew Coffee drive-through (PLN MJDP 24-99). Most approvals were voice votes with conditions specified in staff reports.
