The Del Norte Local Transportation Commission approved its consent agenda, which included the Transportation Development Act (TDA) claim and three resolutions allocating formula TDA funds for 2025–26. The motion to approve the consent agenda passed unanimously.
Items listed on the consent agenda were: the minutes from May 6, 2025; a Transportation Development Act claim; and three resolutions allocating the TDA formula funds for 2025–26 including allocations to the Redwood Coast Transit Authority for operating and capital expenses, administrative and planning purposes, and pedestrian and bicycle purposes. The item list in the agenda used resolution identifiers presented in the packet (transcript references show the resolutions as “Resolution 2025-05,” “Resolution 2025-06,” and “Resolution 2025-07” notation in the staff notes).
Commissioner Short moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Borges seconded; commissioners voted to approve by voice vote and the chair announced unanimous approval. No member of the public gave comment on the consent items.
The consent vote advances routine administrative, planning and transit funding allocations; the commission did not add conditions at the time of approval.
