- Item 5: An addendum to a cooperative agreement with WCI contractors to continue removing and reconstructing the Elizabeth Park loop return road in the city of Trenton; staff said there is no change to the dollar amount and work should proceed this summer after some engineering tasks.
- Item 6: Amendment to a cooperative agreement with WCI contractors to convert two basketball courts into one basketball court and two pickleball courts at Warrendale Park in Dearborn Heights; staff said the work is expected this summer.
- Item 7: Amendment to a master subscription agreement with a facilities-management software vendor to upgrade the county from Asset Essentials Core to Asset Essentials Enterprise so each county building can be managed as a separate site; Gregory Hurst, director of facilities management and planning, said the change will allow more granular data and better reporting.
- Items 8 and 9: Amendments to retain Wade Trim Associates for services during and after construction for two bridge projects (Baseline Road bridge deck replacement in Northville and Elba Drive bridge replacement in Grosse Ile Township); staff said retaining the designer for construction-phase questions and post-construction testing is standard practice.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about timelines and whether the amendments changed contract amounts; staff consistently said most amendments involved no change in dollar amounts and several projects are scheduled to finish or proceed this summer. The bundled motion to approve items 1–9 (with item 1 recorded as an item on file) was made by Commissioner Kinloch, supported by Commissioner Baydoun, and carried on roll call.
