Lisa Hannon, planning director, told the commission that the replat application for 2500073301 South Myrtle Street was not complete. “We haven't got all the minimum requirements met. So we are recommending approval of a 30 day extension for replat 2500073301,” Hannon said. No members of the public spoke on the item. Commissioner Will Clossey moved to approve the extension; Commissioner Mason Woodruff seconded. Chair (K.), chair of the Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission, called the vote, and commissioners voted in favor.
