The Menomonee Falls Plan Commission on June 3 unanimously recommended that the Village Board of Trustees rezone property at N59 W13449 Manhart Drive to allow an equipment rental business and approved outdoor storage at the site under specified conditions.
Planner Amy Dunnet told commissioners the applicant, DSP Manhart Venture LLC, proposes an equipment rental operation that will store generators, pumps and compressors outdoors behind two existing buildings on the site. Dunnet said the application requests rezoning from the I-1 Light Industrial District to I-1 with the OC-5 Commercial Service overlay and a separate outdoor-storage approval.
