Manning said Justice Levitt Park logged the highest number in Ward 3, with 57 citations or arrests; Ward 5’s Ethel Pearson Park had 18 citations or arrests. Overall, the department recorded 86 calls in Ward 1, 64 in Ward 2, 287 in Ward 3, 81 in Ward 4, 246 in Ward 5 and 61 in Ward 6, she said.
