The evaluation team recommended awarding the divisions to the listed lowest-responsive bidders, and the board considered a single motion to accept the committee's recommendation.
Commissioner Ryan Davidson moved to accept the evaluation committee's recommendation to award bid 25060 as read into the record; the motion was seconded, and commissioners approved the award by voice vote.
