Two new commissioners sworn in; commission approves minutes and elects chair and vice chair
Summary
At the May 21 joint session, two new commissioners—Kevin Krause and Daniel Eisenman—were sworn in. The Boulder Junction joint Travel Demand Management and Parking commissions swore in two new commissioners and completed routine business at their May 21 meeting.
Kevin Krause and Daniel Eisenman were administered the oath of office and signed the required documents during the opening of the meeting. Staff recorded the oath and certificate completion on the public record.
The commission voted to approve the March 2025 meeting minutes and the May 25 special meeting minutes that had been distributed in advance. Commissioners indicated approval on the record during the meeting; staff noted the minutes will be finalized in the record.
The parking commission also held elections for chair and vice chair. Robin Ronan said she was willing to continue as chair and the commission voted to retain her as chair. Commissioners nominated Rebecca DuMontall as vice chair of the parking commission (DuMontall was not present but had submitted a written statement). The motion to elect Robin Ronan as chair and Rebecca DuMontall as vice chair was moved, seconded and approved by the members present.
Ending: Staff will finalize and post the approved minutes and will record the officers’ terms in the commission roster.
