Saba (consultant) presented a mentorship program attachment that formalizes informal mentor–mentee practices and offers checkpoint examples and guidance for mentors and mentees.

Multiple trustees requested direct hyperlinks from the pathway to operational items — for example, how to arrange a trading‑floor visit, how to request benefit‑connect demos, and where to find a curated external‑events list. Staff noted that trustees receive a short CalSTRS trustee assessment form after external events to rate value; that feedback helps keep high‑value events on the recommended list.
