- Professional learning contracts: two 95% Group one-day purchases (each described at $15,000) and Capturing Kids’ Hearts year-two professional learning (multiple sessions, funded from federal grant funds); motions moved and seconded and approved by voice vote.
- Partial roof replacement contract for the flat portion of the district warehouse with Coryeo Roofing (20-year warranty); motion moved and seconded and approved by voice vote.
- Personnel matters: board approved the personnel action chart presented by the superintendent, including certified hires and retirements; superintendent noted there remain several open positions (including CTE and special services openings).
