The council approved the consent agenda (items 4–11) in a single motion. Mayor Pro Tem Amy Bartley moved to approve the consent agenda; Jeff Hodges seconded the motion. The council voted unanimously in favor.
Later in the meeting the council unanimously voted to table agenda items 12 and 13—park improvement fee agreements related to trail upsizing and fee credits—so staff and developers can provide additional documentation. The items were placed on the calendar for further consideration at the June 24, 2025 meeting.
At the close of the meeting, Mayor Pro Tem Bartley moved to adjourn; Jeff Hodges seconded. The motion passed unanimously and council adjourned.
