The Live Oak City Council voted 5-0 Tuesday to award the Phase 4 contract for the city’s 2022 bond-funded streets, bridges and sidewalks program to Clark Construction of Texas Inc. for $391,805.64.
Mark Waxer, city staff, told council the city received three bids through the formal bidding process and that Clark Construction submitted the low combined bid. "The low bid amount was $391,805.64 from Clark Construction of Texas," Waxer said. He said Phase 4 is the final phase of the bond project.
