Council reviews proposed 2025 CDBG annual action plan; staff seeks direction on homeless services and infrastructure

Isaiah Alford, Community Investment Planner in the Economic Development and Housing Department, briefed the City Council on the proposed 2025 Community Development Block Grant annual action plan and asked the council to provide direction on projects and priorities.
Alford told the Council that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development notified the city on May 14 that West Sacramento's 2025 entitlement allocation will be $546,333.
