Gibbs then presented a consolidated balance sheet and statements of cash flows and activity for March, including an outline of short- and long-term liabilities, estimated transfers for debt service and incentives, and sales-tax trends. After discussion the board moved and approved a motion to adopt the report with an amendment to include the consolidated March 2025 balance sheet as part of the official record.
