The adoption was the lone formal action at the meeting. City staff said the changes are part of the annual budget process and will take effect July 1, 2025, for items covered by the adopted schedule. Staff also said certain suggested increases that were raised during discussion will require a 60-day public-notice period before they can be implemented.
