Indy Parks outlines $2 million spring proposal for courts, landscaping, conservatory and park amenities

The money would be used for projects similar to the department’s regular capital improvement work and represents “over 30%” of the department’s usual annual capital improvement plan of $5,800,000, Boyd said.
