Board members opened nominations, nominated and voted. The results: Jennifer Walner was elected board president; Sarah Smith was elected vice president; and Eric Hummer was elected secretary. The board conducted the nominations process by opening nominations, accepting a slate, closing nominations and voting by voice; votes were recorded as carried during the meeting.
The newly elected officers will assume their duties immediately and the board next meets under the new leadership for the ongoing season of events and programs.
