CARSON CITY — The Senate Committee on Growth and Infrastructure voted to do pass Assembly Bill 458, a measure that revises provisions relating to solar-powered affordable housing systems in Nevada, after the committee considered a sponsor-proposed amendment to the bill’s allocation definition.
