Staff reported a vinyl option of about $10,000 and a heavier quote from Bailey Fence of Flora for $16,570; commissioners approved the community corrections fence bid in a recorded motion. The board noted the Community Corrections fence was part of obligations tied to the property sale and parking-lot construction.
