Commission Chair Phoebe Evans Latosha called for changes to the May 8 minutes and, hearing none, asked for a motion. A voice vote approved the minutes. The commission then approved the consent agenda items — work at properties in Lutherville, Corbett Village Lane, Field Stone, and the county-owned almshouse/pest house in Cockeysville — by roll call after no speakers asked to remove items.
Staff summarized the five consent items for the record: siding and trim repairs at 208 McLaughlin Avenue (noncontributing, Lutherville historic district); an in‑kind picket fence replacement at 201 Morris Avenue (contributing, Lutherville); a rear shed replacement at 16202 Corbett Village Lane (contributing, Corbett historic district); a rear-yard shed at 3605 Field Stone Road (contributing, Field Stone district); and in‑kind porch step and railing repairs at the almshouse/pest house, 9811 Van Buren Lane (county property with a Maryland Historical Trust easement on the pest house).
The roll-call tally for the consent agenda was recorded in the minutes; staff will post the certified meeting record and permit files per standard procedure.
