Eric Hallgard, a district resident who spoke in support, told the board he had spoken with the applicant and staff and “I’m here to a 100% support the variance.”
Board members asked whether the decision would create broad precedent. Staff and commissioners noted the lot’s irregular shape and that each variance is decided based on unique property circumstances. The motion to approve carried unanimously on the record.
