She reported personnel turnover this year and said the office is in the process of hiring three people: one position and two civil clerks. She also said an updated organizational chart is posted on the county website showing how duties were rearranged and that the revisions reduced the office's needed headcount from four to three through reassignment of responsibilities.
The board acknowledged the organizational chart by voice vote.
