The board also discussed posting the guide on the planning board website and making a printed version available at the town clerk's office. Marshall Goldberg said staff reported that users find the current application instructions confusing and that separating the application forms into a clear appendix would be helpful.
No formal adoption occurred; members agreed to revise the draft, add a disclaimer, and place the public-facing guide and flowchart on a future agenda for concurrence before publishing.
