Council members unanimously approved an engineering services agreement with BG Consultants LLC for the next street improvement program project — listed as 50 First Street from Black Swan Drive to Clavier Road — positioning that project for work in 2026. The council approved final plans and authorized staff to bid the Shawnee Mission Parkway mill-and-overlay project on an 8-0 vote.
