Alvin ISD adopts 2025–26 budget after public hearing; trustees cite teacher raises, safety and legislative uncertainty

The Alvin Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the district's 2025'26 budget at its regular meeting following a public hearing on the proposed operating and debt-service budgets.
