The roll-call vote recorded Bertha Sanchez Hayden, Elizabeth Ichikawa, Joyce Anthony, James Moore, Linda Ng and Alfred Toregano voting yes; the motion carried with six affirmative votes.
The minutes will be posted to the bureau's website as written with any nonsubstantive edits made by bureau staff.
