Shantel, indigent-services staff, told commissioners the board had two applications before it: case 20250036, an application for cremation expenses presented as $1,200 to “Corning Wilson Theatre Home,” and case 20250037, an application described in the record with an amount referenced as “minimum of $14.” Shantel said both applicants met eligibility criteria and payment plans were discussed.
