The Town of Lakeville Zoning Board of Appeals on June 12 voted to continue the hearing on an application from Cody Belozzo until the board’s July meeting on July 17 so the applicant can obtain a pending Conservation Commission review.
The zoning board chair read into the record that the office had received an email from Belozzo requesting the continuance because the Conservation Commission will not meet until June 24. A board member moved to continue the hearing; another member seconded the motion and the board voted in favor.
The board clerk described next steps: the applicant has 14 days to record the board action with the clerk’s office, then there is a 20-day appeal period before further filings with the registry and permit issuance.
The continuance means the board will consider the Belozzo petition at its July 17 meeting after the Conservation Commission completes its review.
